We were so fond of him that we even changed our insurance company (which cost double now)and left dentist office we had of 15 years  just so we could continue having him as our dentist when he left old office; however, only thing I would say is when it comes to office/billing just be proactive and check pricing prior to getting work done. I’d also double check with your insurance to make sure copay’s are correct. The only issue I’ve had is with offices lack of good customer service , communication and consistency with billing. I depend on the office to keep me updated on out of pocket cost so nothing is unexpected but every time it seems we have to pay for something that wasn’t discussed. In past I just paid because I assumed I owed whatever they said but now I’m noticing a trend. I’m getting stuff done I don’t ask for but they say I need but insurance doesn’t cover. I don’t like to question any doctors office because then the trust is gone and it’s time to move on but my family of 6 loves Dr Becker so much I won’t leave but i will just be aware more and maybe ask lots of questions before you see the best dentist in manteca.
